Sample Attorney Letter

Most CLTs require potential homebuyer/lessees to meet with independent legal counsel, prior to signing the ground lease and purchasing the improvements. The intent is to ensure that CLT lessees understand the benefits and responsibilities of buying, owning and selling a CLT home. Here is a sample "Letter of Acknowledgment" to be signed by the attorney who has done this review.
