Agricultural Ground Leases

The Equity Trust Inc is committed to promoting equity in the world by changing the way people think about and hold property. One of ETI's major initiatives is to help farmers gain secure, affordable, long-term access to farmland. To that end, ETI has developed an agricultural ground lease intended to allow landowners to provide farmers with access to the land they need to for farming.
