Educating and Organizing Key Constituencies
It is essential for CLTs to build the broadest base of awareness and support. There are any number of approaches a CLT can take to educate and recruit key individuals and essential interests. We see three different ways of sequencing a CLT's campaign for educating and organizing key consituencies.
